By accessing or using ripclothing.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Custom Printed Products

All products on RIP Clothing are made to order. Because each garment is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, unlawful, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights. Orders rejected on these grounds will be refunded in full.

3. Intellectual Property & Your Designs

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any images, artwork, or text you submit for printing. You grant RIP Clothing a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

RIP Clothing retains all rights in its own templates, platform design, brand assets, and technology. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site or our template designs without written permission.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. An order is not confirmed until payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Bulk pricing and promotional discount codes are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to US addresses only unless otherwise stated. Production typically takes 1–3 business days and standard delivery adds 7–10 additional days. Estimated timelines are not guarantees. RIP Clothing is not liable for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delivery failures outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIP Clothing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
